Bagaimana Memulai Hari...?
Semua orang yang membaca ini, pasti ingin agar harinya indah, dapat dilewati dengan damai, dan produktif. Siapa yang tidak mau punya hari-hari seperti itu.

Tapi apa daya, kebanyakan orang hanya melewati harinya begitu-begitu saja. Mereka melewati hari dengan ‘apa ada'-nya. Kalau ada tugas atau pekerjaan, ya dikerjakan. Tapi kalau tidak ada, ya bermalas-malasan. Sampai ada pekerjaan lagi.
Mereka menjadi tidak produktif. Dan itu salah satu pengalaman saya, yang ingin saya ubah. Setelah belajar dari banyak guru guru yang dahsyat, saya akhirnya menemukan seseorang yang bernama Jack Canfield


Beliau berbicara tentang "bagaimana cara memulai hari". 
Bagaimana agar memiliki hari yang produktif
Mau tahu bagaimana caranya?

Caranya ternyata dimulai dari hari sebelumnya. 
Sebelum tidur, seharusnya kita membuat daftar, 
mengenai apa saja yang akan kita kerjakan esok hari.

Kenapa harus seperti itu? 
Alasan yang pertama adalah agar kita tahu dengan jelas
apa-apa saja yang harus diselesaikan esok hari
Dan kita pun menyelesaikan pekerjaan yang tepat.

Alasan kedua kenapa kok harus ditulis sebelum tidur adalah, 
karena ketika kita tidur, alam bawah sadar akan bekerja 
dan mencari cara agar pekerjaan kita tersebut bisa terselesaikan 
dengan efektif dan efisien.

Jadi, keesokan harinya, 
ketika kita memulai hari, 
kita merasa sudah tahu harus melakukan apa. 
Itulah kedahsyatan alam bawah sadar.

Tapi biasanya, kita akan stres kalau membuat terlalu banyak daftar yang harus dikerjakan. Saran dari saya, 
tulis saja 3 hal yang paling penting dikerjakan untuk kita saja. 
Karena biasanya dari semua list kita, hanya ada 3 kegiatan yang menghasilkan 80% hasil.

Everyone who reads this, would want to be a beautiful day, can be bypassed with a peaceful, and productive. Who would not want to have days like that.

we feel already know what to do.

But usually, we would stress that makes too much to-do list. Advice from me,
Just write the three most important things done for us alone.
Because usually from all our lists, there are only three activities that produce 80% results.
